Modify Agent Name

Overview:

By default the Agent name in Atera is the same as the machine name that the Agent was installed on.

To better manage your Agents you may wish to apply a more meaningful name, e.g. a name that relates to the company the Agent belongs to.

 

1. Go to the specific agent to be modified
2. Click Edit > Edit Agent
The Edit Agent popup displays.
3. Enter the new Agent name in the Name field
4. Click Apply
