Modify Agent Name


By default, the Agent name in Atera is the same as the machine name that the Agent was installed on.

To better manage your Agents you may wish to apply a more meaningful name, e.g. a name that relates to the company the Agent belongs to.


1. Go to the specific agent to be modified
2. Click Edit > Edit Agent
The Edit Agent popup displays.
3. Enter the new Agent name in the Name field
4. Click Apply
