This report shows at-a-glance system metrics like:
- Alerts
- Closed
- Backlog
- Average Close Time
Generate a System At-a-Glance report
1. From Reports (on the side panel), go to Classic Reports, and click on System At-a-Glance Report.
The Report page appears
2. Fill in the parameters and click on Generate.
- Time Period
- Customer Name(s)
- Site Name(s)
- Device Types
- Alert Types
The Report will be displayed
Note: The report can be exported to PDF by clicking Export.
