A contact may lose or forget their customer portal password. Follow the steps below to perform a password reset.

It should only take about five minutes to complete this process. This is a rough estimate based on our experience with several customers.
The process described below will do the following:
To enable mail forwarding follow the steps below:
|1. From the left hand panel click Customers|
|2. The select the Customer|
|The Customers page displays.|
|3. Under the Contacts tab click the contact name|
|The Contact page displays|
|4. Click the masked Portal Password (*****) on the left hand side of the screen|
|5. Click the masked Password (*****) in the popup|
|6. Enter a new password into the field and click the tick button|
