How do I Reset a Customer Contact's Portal Password?


A contact may lose or forget their customer portal password. Follow the steps below to perform a password reset.

Time estimate to complete this procedure:

It should only take about five minutes to complete this process. This is a rough estimate based on our experience with several customers.

The process described below will do the following:

  • The customer contact's portal password will be rest.

 To enable mail forwarding follow the steps below:

1. From the left hand panel click Customers
2. The select the Customer
The Customers page displays.
3. Under the Contacts tab click the contact name
The Contact page displays
4. Click the masked Portal Password (*****) on the left hand side of the screen
5. Click the masked Password (*****) in the popup
6. Enter a new password into the field and click the tick button
