View IT Automation (Patch Management) Profile Relations

This article shows you how to view all the agents, customers, and folders that a particular IT Automation (patch management) profile is assigned to.


To view profile assignments, follow the steps below:

 

Navigation from Patch Management & IT Automation Profiles page

 

1. Click on Admin (in the side panel).

2. Click on Patch Mgmt & IT Automation. The Patch Management & IT Automation screen appears.

2. Click the Relations button for the desired profile.

Navigation from Profile page

 

1. Click on Admin (in the side panel).

2. Click on Patch Mgmt & IT Automation. The Patch Management & IT Automation screen appears.

3. Click to open the desired profile.

4. Click See Profile Relations to view all the agents/customers/folders that the IT Automation profile is assigned to.

The Profile Relations popup displays. Switch between the tabs to view profile relation information on:

  • Agents
  • Customers
  • Folders
