Enhanced Permission Management

 

There are three additional permissions that have been added under the Roles set of functions.

 
These three new permissions include the following:
  • Manage Contacts - Allows other rolls (not Admins) in the system to add and edit contacts within a company.
  • Manage Ticket Products - Allows other rolls (not Admins) in the system to add and edit Product Items within Products & Expenses.
  • Manage Ticket Expenses - Allows other rolls (not Admins) in the system to add and edit Expense Items within Products & Expenses.

To modify these permissions follow the steps below:
 
1. From the left-hand panel click Admin

2. Then click General > Roles
The Roles page displays

3. Select the Technician role from the list

The Role page displays.

Scroll down to the Manage Contacts or the PSA (Professional Services Automation) section and you will see the three new permissions.

4. Toggle the permission on or off using the sliders
5. Click Save
