Mail Security - How to add users


This article will walk you through the process of adding users to a domain account.

Time estimate to complete this procedure:

It should only take about five minutes to run this process. This is a rough estimate based on our experience with several customers.



Adding a single User to a Domain


1. From the Mail Security form click Add

2. Enter the Username and Password

3. Click Save

The new user account is created.


Mass Adding Users to a Domain


1. In the User menu, click Mass Add
2. Enter the list of User names to be added
3. You can Generate new random password for each user, of you can add a generic password to all users by selecting the appropriate checkbox
4. Click Save.
The new user accounts are created.
