Do you have an integrated Remote Support tool?

Yes, we have two solutions you can choose from and use either one; Atera has integrated the award winning Splashtop remote access solution at no extra cost to our users. For more information regarding Splashtop activation go here. Additionally, Citrix® GoToAssist is fully integrated both in the Ticket view and Agent view. For GoToAssist activation you will need to purchase a license independently.
