Do you have an integrated Remote Support tool?

Yes, we have two solutions you can choose from: Splashtop and Citrix® GoToAssist.

Atera has integrated the award winning Splashtop remote access solution at no extra cost to our users. For more information regarding Splashtop activation go here.

Additionally, GoToAssist is fully integrated both in the Ticket view and Agent view. For GoToAssist activation you will need to purchase a license independently.
