Your personal portal is an address that Atera defined in advance, for example,company.domain.com. You may define your own sub-domain name that will be easier for your customers to access.
- Accessing Portal Setting: From the main menu bar, access the “Portal Settings” page by selecting Admin > Portal Settings.
- From the Portal Settings page, you can define the portal domain name and portal language. (Currently, Atera supports English, German, French, Dutch, Spanish and Hebrew).
- In your “DNS Manager Settings,” set a CNAME from your sub-domain to servicedesk.atera.com
Once it's done, and the DNS record has been updated, you can navigate to the new URL.
