  • We now capture the time it takes to create a ticket and add it to the time worked on the ticket.
  • Unmanaged and Unallocated agents notification and link will now appear in the Alerts icon on the top notification bar.
  • The advanced search is now permanent and does not require configuration.
  • Added map Pop-up within customer details. Option to check accuracy of address and move pin on map.
  • New Hardware information added
  • Event viewer log history extended
  • Last Logged-On User Added
