Remote Device Shutdown, Logout or Restart

You can either Shutdown, Logout or Restart a device remotely using the Atera Agent. To do so, follow the steps below.

1.  Navigate to Devices.

2.  Click on the required Agent.

3.  On the Agent page, navigate to Manage > Shutdown > Logout or Restart or Shutdown

4.  If you select, Logout.

The message box asking you to confirm the device logout will be displayed.

5.  Click Yes.

The message box informing you that the logout request was sent to the device will be displayed.

6.  If you select, Restart.

The message box asking you to confirm re-starting the device will be displayed.

7.  Click Yes.

The message box informing you that, the restart request was sent to the device will be displayed.

8.  If you select, Shutdown.

The message box asking you to confirm shutting down the device will be displayed.

9.  Click Yes.

The message box informing you that, the shutdown request was sent to the device will be displayed.
