To exclude patches from the automation profile, follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to Admin > Patch Management and IT Automation.
The Patch Management and IT Automation page appears.
2. After selecting the scheduling and patches, click Manage, in the OS Excluded Patches or the Software Excluded Patches section, depending on the type of patches you'd like to exclude.
The Select Patches screen appears.
3. Select the relevant patches to exclude by checking the box next to the specific patches.
4. Click Select.
The selected patches will be excluded from the automation profile.
Note: Atera does not take over the local updates policy. If you want Atera to manage your Agents update, you should change the Windows Update settings' To 'Never check for updates'
