The key benefit for technicians working on remote sites is the 'mobile signing' feature. With this functionality, your customer can sign off work done via digital signature on your touch device.
This article describes how to access and navigate the mobile site, and sign a Customer Ticket.
1. Type the www.atera.com URL in your mobile browser.
2. Sign in with your credentials. The mobile Dashboard appears.

Navigation
1. Click the Menu icon to open the navigation menu.
2. Click the + icon to access available options.
5. Click the Alert icon to access any alerts.
6. Click the Technician Profile Picture to access general settings.
1. From the left-hand navigation menu, click Tickets. The Tickets page appears.
2. Click on the desired Ticket. The specific Ticket opens.
3. Click Actions. The available actions appear.
4. Click Sign Customer. The Sign Customer window appears.
5. Provide the Customer signature. Then click Save.
