Using the system with your Mobile Phone / iPad

Atera supports a full function mobile optimized website. You can access the system via your cellphone or tablet and perform most key functions.

The key benefit for technician's working on remote sites is 'mobile signing'. With this functionality your customer can sign off work done via digital signature on your touch device.

To access the mobile site simply type the www.atera.com URL in your mobile browser and sign in with your usual credentials.
The mobile Dashboard displays. Scroll down to view summary information.
Navigation:
Click the Menu icon to open the dashboard options
Click the + icon to access the available options.
Click the Alert icon to access any alerts.
Click the Arrow next to technician name to access general settings.
To sign a Customer Ticket:
1. From the dashboard navigation menu click Tickets
The Tickets page displays.
2. Click on the desired Ticket
The Ticket displays.
3. Click Actions
4. Click Sign Customer
5. Obtain customer signature
6. Then click Save
