You can configure unlimited Roles in Atera. A Role can be granted custom permissions and then assigned to one or more technicians.
A role can be can also be assigned as the default to one or more customers.
|1. From the left hand panel click Admin|
|2. Then click Roles|
|The Roles page displays.|
|Current roles are displayed. You can click the role name to edit the role or click the trash icon to delete it.|
|To add a new role:|
|3. Enter the Role Name|
|4. Then click Add|
|The Permissions region displays on the Role page.|
|4. Select permissions for the role by clicking Enable|
|Note: These permissions are often based on support access required for a role.|
|Note: In the Customer region you can click Add Customer to set a particular customer or set of customers that this role can access.|
|5. When done click Save|
