Agent Download Failed error

During the installation, the Agent communicates with the Atera cloud servers.

  1. pubsub.atera.com
  2. agentreporting.atera.com
  3. getalphacontrol.com
  4. app.atera.com
  5. ateraremoteint-eu.cloudapp.net
  6. ateraremoteint-cus.cloudapp.net

The above message indicates the outbound ports are closed.

Verify that the station you are running the Agent installation, has an access to the internet.

Allow outbound traffic over port 443 (TCP & UDP) in the Anti-Virus, Firewall and Proxy server.
