How do I send an email to a technician, when a new ticket is opened?

Add another action(s) to the existing Rule "Create a ticket" to send an email to a Technician.

Add Action Type "Send an Email to Technician", Choose a dedicated template from the 'Email template' Drop-down.

If you want to send a notification to an additional email address, use the action "Send an Email".

Choose a dedicated template from the 'Email template' Drop-down. Add a the email address in the Value field.

Click Add.
