My agent is not displayed in the Device list. What should I do?

If you can't see the installed Agent in the Devices list, take the following actions:

1. Open Registry Editor: Start >Run > Regedit
2. Navigate to HKLM > Software > Atera Networks > AteraAgent
3. Delete the AgentID Key
4. Restart the Agent Service

The Agent should appear in your Device list within a few minutes.
