Please be informed that as of January 14, 2020, Microsoft will be ending support for the Windows 7 Operating System. This means that technical support as well as software updates from Windows, that help protect these devices, will no longer be available. Please ensure all devices, still using Windows 7, are immediately upgraded to newer versions of Windows per Microsoft recommendations, to ensure continued security and support.
Note: If you are upgrading the OS, please also see the instructions for upgrading to Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.
Filter devices with Windows 7
1. From the Devices page (on the side menu), click on Filters.
2. On the Filters section, scroll down to the Advanced Filters option.
The Advanced Filters pop-up will appear.
3. Use the Operating System filter to display all devices with Windows 7.
After upgrading your customer devices (or OS), you will need to install or reinstall the Atera agent on these devices.
