Devices can be assigned (or reassigned) to new customers, folders and/or contacts.
To reassign:
1. Click Devices, on the side panel.
The list of devices appear.
2. Click the specific device to open the Agent Console.
The Agent Console appears.
3. Click the Edit dropdown menu and select Relations.
The Edit Relations screen appears.
4. From the dropdown menus, select the Customer, Folder and/or Contact(s) you wish to reassign the device to (You can also create a folder by clicking Add Folder).
5. After making your selection(s), Click Save.
Your devices are now reassigned.
Note: Devices can also be reassigned to customers and folders (but not contacts) from the Devices page.
To reassign:
1. From Devices (on the side panel), check the specific device(s) you wish to reassign.
2. Select the Edit Relations icon.
The Edit Relations screen appears.
3. From the dropdown menus, select the Customer or Folder you wish to reassign the device to and click Save.
Your devices are now reassigned.
