This article provides instructions for the Atera for IT Departments platform.
When a technician creates or edits their profile in Atera, there's an option for adding a 'Personal Ticket Signature'. This useful feature enables the technician's signature to automatically be included in ticket communications, on tickets assigned to them. It lends a personal touch by letting users know who they're communicating with, and how to get in touch if needed.
To add a personal ticket signature:
1. From the profile icon menu, on the upper right, click My Profile
The My Profile page appears.
2. Enter a Personal Ticket Signature, and click the Save changes button.
The signature will now appear in assigned ticket communications.
Note: Those with an Admin 'Role' can also access the My Profile page from Admin (on the side panel) > My Profile
