The Patch Status Summary report provides useful summary information on the status of server and desktop patches across your sites.

The Patch Status Summary Report
This report shows the following information:
Server & Desktop Summary
This section of the report shows the agents that are up to date (not missing patches) and out of date (missing patches).
Top 10 Most Vulnerable Servers & Desktops
This section of the report shows agents (and their OS) with the total number of missing patches.
Top 10 Most Recent Missing Patches for Servers & Desktops
This section of the report shows patches with the total number of agents that do not have them installed.
Generate a Patch Status Summary Report
To run the Patch Status Summary report:
1. From Reports, on the side panel, click Patch Status Summary.
The Patch Status Report page appears.
2. Select the report parameters:
- Site Name(s)
- Patch Class: Critical Updates, Security Updates, Service Packs, Upgrades, Drivers and Tools, and Mac Updates.
Note: If you'd like to exclude devices that are no longer in use, check Exclude retired devices. To define a retired device, go to Admin > Settings > Devices. Learn more
3. Click Generate. The Patch Status Summary report displays (see What is in the Patch Status Summary report).
To export the report to Excel or PDF:
Click the Export dropdown, in the top-right corner of the report, and select Excel or PDF.
Schedule a Patch Status Summary Report
To schedule the Patch Status Summary report:
1. From Reports, on the side panel, click Patch Status Summary.
The Patch Status Summary Report page appears.
2. Click the Schedule Report tab.
3. Select the report parameters:
- Site Name(s)
- Patch Class: Critical Updates, Security Updates, Service Packs, Upgrades, Drivers and Tools, and Mac Updates.
4. Click Schedule. The Add Report Schedule window appears.
5. Fill out the schedule:
- Give the scheduled report a clear, concise description.
- Select the Technician Name(s).
- You can schedule weekly and/or monthly reports.
- For Weekly, select the day, hour and frequency.
- For Monthly, select the date and hour.
- Click Apply. The schedules appear in the Add Report Schedule window.
6. Click Apply.
Done! The scheduled report appears in the Schedule Report tab.
To edit the report schedule:
The scheduled report can be edited. You can edit the Configuration (Description, Technician Name(s), and schedule) as well as the Filters (site(s) name, patch class, and whether or not to exclude retired devices).
Note: When editing the Filters, changing the Site Name will remove any technicians set to receive the report if they don't have the required permissions for the newly selected Site.
