Install Bitdefender on end-user devices via Atera
Deploy the Bitdefender agent from the Devices page:
Note:
- The Bitdefender installation is silent (runs in the background) and no reboot is required.
- The Bitdefender installation script will run only on Windows devices.
1. From the sidebar, click Devices. The Devices page appears.
2. Select the device(s) to which you'd like to deploy the Bitdefender agent.
Note: You can only select devices from the same customer.
3. Click the ellipses icon.
4. Go to Apps > Bitdefender > Antivirus > Install.
Note: You can also deploy the Bitdefender agent (on a single device) by clicking Manage > Apps > Bitdefender > Antivirus > Install.
The Install Bitdefender window appears.
5. Enter the Company name and Package name.
Note: Fill in the exact names used in your GravityZone account.
6. Click Install.
Installation request sent. A snackbar confirming the installation request will appear on the bottom left of your screen. Check the notification center (top right) for updates.
Deploy the Bitdefender agent from the Customer page:
Note:

1. From the sidebar, click Customers. The Customers page appears.
2. Select the customer. The Customer page appears.
3. Select the Devices tab. Then select the All tab.
4. Select the device(s) to which you'd like to deploy the Bitdefender agent.
5. Click the ellipses icon and select Apps > Bitdefender > Antivirus > Install.
Note: You can also deploy the Bitdefender agent (on a single device) by clicking Manage > Bitdefender > Antivirus > Install.
The Install Bitdefender window appears.
6. Enter the Company name and Package name.
Note: Fill in the exact names used in your GravityZone account.
7. Click Install.

Reviewing the Bitdefender agent installation status
The Recent Processes report lets you see real-time outcomes of manually-installed patches and software bundles, installed/uninstalled software, and scripting.
To see which devices you've installed the Bitdefender agent on:
1. Click Reports (on the side panel). The Reports page appears.
2. Click Recent Processes. The Recent Processes page appears.
Note: If necessary, select the Time Period.
- Click the chevron
icon to expand each process.
- Click the information
icon to see the logs
