If you wish to migrate an already existing Axcient account to Atera, simply contact our support team, requesting account migration. Provide our support team with the email address that you are using for your already existing Axcient account.
Once the migration process is nearly finished, you will receive further instructions via email, where a new Axcient account will have to be created from within Atera.
- Do not create an Axcient account from within Atera before receiving further instructions.
- Please ensure that you use an alternative email address from the one associated with your initial Axcient account.
