We don't use the ticketing system in Atera as we have a complete PSA that we use. I don't use the dashboard at all because most of it (and all the reports, numbers, etc...) is dedicated to the helpdesk, which I feel is unusable currently. Due to the lack of features that we really want/need, we'll probably never use Atera as a one-size-fits-all product and always use our PSA with some RMM (currently Atera).
I'd like to be able to turn off all the ticket information and show patch information, uptime of computers, alerts, etc... It would be nice if this were a pass/fail red/green type display as you would get with Nagios, or some other variant (OpenNMS/LibreNMS).
