Snippets List in Email Templates

The ability to have the {[ContractName]} and SLA snippet to be placed in the body of the mail.

Email templates, where needed, is on technical assignment notification.
Prior to this, after open, the ticket reviews is prioritize, category,contract to be applied and of course SLA.

After this update the ticket is received by the technician and the customer receives mail with a clear summary. This is a bit of triage.
