A great number of MSPs client are using Office 365 (as well as other cloud infrastructure). The ability to monitor and manage a customers' Office 365 & cloud infrastructure from within Atera is needed. I believe Microsoft provides the necessary APIs to integrate this capability into Atera. The advantages would be:
- Access and manage user information without using Windows PowerShell
- Remotely perform Office 365 management tasks from within the same screen
- View up-to-date information about Office 365 usage across all customer sites, per site or for a single user
