Ticket Auto Close after x amount of time

We would like the ability to Auto Close tickets after x amount of time if there is no response from the client/customer. This would include a standard response to the ticket creator.

E.g

1. Customer logs ticket

2. Helpdesk replies

3. Customer does not reply for 7 days

4. Automation kicks in and auto closes the ticket with a canned email response.
