Pick agent when ticket is created
None

Would be best if agent is assigned to the ticket. That is when ticket is created from the device taskbar icon. It's not expected when user is logging ticket directly throug the website. Now when ticket is created I need to pick agent manually and assign it to the ticket....

Only started to play around with Atera, but I see a lot of things that could be improved or are missing.
