It would be beneficial for us and I am sure a lot of others to have the ability to change not only the check in interval of a system but how many heartbeats can be missed before a down notification is triggered and an email sent. For example right now Atera you must modify the registry to change the check in interval and there is no way to modify the amount of heart beats that can be missed beyond it's default of just one. This means if you have an outage of your internet for a moment and a server misses a check in that you will get a down notification. It would be great if you could set this to a higher amount of misses before getting a notification and would resolve false alerts of server outages.
