{[Contact Last Comment]} is great, but it only allows automation of half the conversation. I've noticed that if several customer contacts become involved in a conversation, only responses from the assigned contact can be included in Automation. Tech and other contact communications are disregarded by this snippet.

Could we have an overall {[Last Comment]} that quotes the actual last comment of the thread (whether from another customer contact, tech, or an additional unassigned tech)?

And maybe a {[Tech Last Comment]} ?
