Zendesk Tie in

I would like an option to connect my Zendesk and Zendesk tickets to Atera. We have clients requesting support on the website via chat and we start working with that client and work the ticket all the way to completion and then have to copy details from chat and emails into Atera. Either tie in to ZenDesk or create similar product option in Atera. I would buy it.
