Feature Request: Allow multiple techs assigned to a ticket
We have times when multiple technicians are working on a ticket but they cant see it since its only under a single user.

I have to say that's a very interesting idea, but not sure as to it's importance in the overall scheme of things.
Perhaps introduce Groups for technicians and be able to select either Technician or Group to the ticket.
