We would like to request that end-users can have the capability to block/allow atera technicians from remotely accessing their PCs via Atera command prompt.
One of our customers cited this as a security & privacy risk since the Atera agent runs via System-level, and Atera technicians can do many tasks without user intervention or without the user noticing it.
Just like Splashtop Streamer allows users to modify the security levels (i.e. ask for code, click Yes button, or no prompt at all), the Atera agent should also give that control to end-users.
