Internal Notes Should Trigger A Visible Change In The Ticket View

 It would be great to know whether an internal note was the last thing added to a ticket, and also an option to get a notification when an internal note is added to a ticket (if another technician adds a note to one of my tickets giving me an update for example).

If a customer responds to a ticket, the Ticket View shows Customer Responded. If I then add an internal note to that ticket, perhaps saying something like 'the customer will get back to us after the weekend', or 'I have installed X and need to install Y' then it would be good to be able to see that this was the latest update, rather than Customer Responded
