Automation Rules That Depend On Whether You Are 'Available/Away'

When I'm at my desk with Atera open all the time in front of me I don't need an email every time someone creates or updates a ticket, but if there was a button I could tick just before heading out of the office that would change my status to 'Away', then it could set up an automation rule that would trigger something like 'If technician is set to 'Away' then send them an email if a customer responds to their ticket. That way I won't necessarily miss any important updates whilst I'm travelling or don't have Atera open in front of me.
