Generate a report based on "Issue Type" Field
None

Please create a report where we can get the information on ALL of our customers tickets which have been logged based on "ISSUE TYPE" field.

I find it absurd that we can create Sub-Categories under this field, but are not yet able to report and data on it.

Whats the point then of having this Field.. I ask?

Very Unhappy customer at the moment!!!!!
