Products & Expenses Report - View By Ticket Status

It would be really helpful if we could generate the Products & Expenses report based on ticket status, so that we could see all of the products attached to only resolved tickets, or only open or pending tickets.

In our situation specifically this would help because at the end of the month if we generate a report to show how much a particular customer has used, it also includes open and pending tickets, so it's not entirely accurate for showing that month's work.
