Tickets Attachment button not accessible to screen readers

Please take a look at the "Add Attachments" button within the ticketing system as it is currently inaccessible to visually impaired employees that use screen readers to navigate. The only way to add an attachment currently is by clicking on the button with your mouse. Visually impaired users utilize their keyboard with a screen reader, and it isn't possible to navigate to the attachment button using a keyboard at the moment.
