It would be nice, for billing purposes, to be able to change the ticket close date/time.
e.g. Tech doesn't close all of his tickets by the last day of the month, and closes them on the first day (or before billing is run for the previous month). This messes with the billing batch run, as the tickets closed on the 1st+ are now associated with the new month.
To mitigate; I've had to run a batch for both months, export that to a csv, delete that run and create a new run for the closed month and then "catch" the previously billed tickets in the following month's run. It's a PITA. I realize the burden is on the lazy tech, but it is what it is.
Obviously, this would be an admin-only function.
