When looking at contacts you can see their previous 5 tickets. When searching for tickets, you can see up to 100 customer tickets. Currently there is no way to utilize the search function for a specific contact.
My request is two fold -
To be able to see the ENTIRE history of tickets from a contact (I think this would be most ideal from their contact page where it shows the last 5 tickets. Just make that a drop down with 5, 10, 25, 100, ALL)
Also when searching through tickets, to not be limited to a 100 ticket history. We should be able to see the entire history of all tickets submitted and completed.
