It would be great to see the total time entry for each ticket under main and customer ticket lists. This way you could quickly identify time entries that were too long or failed to stop counter. Also you could quickly see tickets where entries were forgotten before billing runs around. Currently I run a report to find these then manually go to the tickets to update them. It would also be beneficial to have a time entry button right on the ticket list to quickly add time. I believe that is in another idea post.
