Receive a notification and an email when one of your contracts is about to expire. Please note that our system checks for contract expirations weekly on Sundays, triggering notifications the Sunday before a contract's expiration date. For example, if a contract expires on a particular date, the notification is sent the preceding Sunday, which may result in notifications being received later than expected.
Set up notifications for expiring contracts
1. Go to Admin > My account > Account settings.
The Settings page appears.
2. From the Expirations tab, select an interval (1 Week, 2 Weeks, 1 Month, 2 Months) from the dropdown menu for when to send a notification about a contract due to expire.
3. Enter an email address to receive contract expiration notifications. Then click the button.
Note:
- You can add additional email addresses to receive notifications by adding more addresses to the newly populated text fields and then clicking the button.
- Use the button to remove email addresses as required.
4. Click Save.
