Now you can keep track of all passwords associated with each of your customers, for easy access when needed. For security, all passwords are encrypted with AES throughout the system.

Add a password
Passwords can be added on an agent, a customer, or a contact page.

Add a password to an agent
1. From the Devices page (on the side panel), click on the device to which you want to attach a password.
The Agent page is displayed
2. Now, click on Edit > Password manager > Add Password.
The Add password page appears
3. Fill in the form and click on Save.
- Description: This is the password description and will appear in the View Password screen, once created.
- Target: Select the association target. You can associate the password with a customer, contact, agent, or any non-agent device.

- Complete other fields as desired.

2. Click the Passwords tab, then the '+' icon.
The Add password page appears.
3. Fill in the form and click on Save.

3. On the User page, go to Password Manager and click on '+' to add a password.

1. Access the agent with the saved password, click on Edit > Password > View Password.

- Linking to the Domain or Login URL by clicking the icon.
- Inline editing of fields (editable fields have a blue or red hyperlink).
- Deleting passwords by clicking the icon.
