Use 'Advanced' filter to refine your devices search

The 'Advanced' filters on the Devices page enable you to search for devices that meet the criteria you specify. You can filter to meet ALL or ANY specified conditions, and you can mix and match ALL and ANY type conditions to customize the filter to best suit your needs.

Common example

In the example below the filter will return agents that:

Have Office version 'Microsoft Office 365 Business'

AND

Have Operating System 'Microsoft Windows 10 Pro'

AND

Have a display that is an 'Intel HD Graphics'

Advanced filter variables

Use advanced filters

To use the Advanced Filter:

1. From the left-hand panel click Devices.

The Devices page displays.

2. Click on Filters and scroll down to Advanced Filters.

3. The Advanced Filters popup form displays. In this example below, the filter will return Agents that:

Have Office version 'Microsoft Office 365 Business'
AND
Have Operating System 'Microsoft Windows 10 Pro'

AND
Have a display that is an 'Intel HD Graphics'

4. Once you have built your filter criteria click Apply. The Device view will be updated.
