The Agent HW info dashboard is one of Atera's preset analytical reports. It displays key hardware and system details for each agent, including identifiers, OS information, BIOS details, memory, motherboard, system drive, and peripherals.

Note:

• The Access reports permission is required to view preset analytical reports. 
• Analytical reports are available to Expert, Master, and Enterprise users. 
• Analytical reports are available to Growth, Power, and Superpower users.

Understanding the Agent HW info dashboard

The Agents HW info dashboard displays the following hardware information for each agent monitored device:

• Agent name, site ID, agent ID, machine name, OS environment name, OS, OS type, Bios manufacturer, Bios release date, Bios version, memory, motherboard, sound, system drive, vendor, domain name, domain group, last logged user, last seen date, model, serial number, video card.
• Agent name, customer ID, agent ID, machine name, OS environment name, OS, OS type, Bios manufacturer, Bios release date, Bios version, memory, motherboard, sound, system drive, vendor, domain name, domain group, last logged user, last seen date, model, serial number, video card.

Generate an Agent HW info report

1. From the sidebar, click Reports.

The Reports page appears.

2. From Analytical reports > Presets, click Agent HW info.

The Agent HW info dashboard appears.
