Easily troubleshoot and resolve IT issues directly within Slack and/or Microsoft Teams with IT Autopilot. Empower your end users with Atera's AI right in their favorite workspace, boosting your productivity and enhancing their support experience

Prerequisites
For end users to have access to Atera's IT Autopilot via Slack or Microsoft Teams, ensure:
- Sites are synced with AzureAD. Learn more
- AI assistant is enabled in your account. Learn more
- AI assistant is enabled for Sites synced with AzureAD. Learn more
Connect IT Autopilot to Slack

To connect Atera's IT Autopilot to Slack:
1. From the AI Center (on the sidebar), go to IT Autopilot settings > Configuration.
The IT Autopilot settings page appears.
2. From Setup > Communication apps > Slack, click Connect.
You'll be redirected to sign in to your Slack workspace.
3. Enter your workspace's Slack URL. Then click Continue.
Connect IT Autopilot to Teams
To connect Atera's IT Autopilot to Microsoft Teams:
1. From the AI Center (on the sidebar), go to IT Autopilot settings > Configuration.
The IT Autopilot settings page appears.
2. From Setup > Communication apps > Microsoft teams, click Connect.
You'll be redirected to Microsoft's Atera IT Autopilot page
3. Click Get it now.
4. From the Teams webapp or desktop app, click Apps.
5. Find Atera Autopilot. Then click Add.
The Atera Autopilot window appears, providing an overview, features and app permissions.
6. Click Add.
Atera's Autopilot is now available in your Teams account.
