To enable Microsoft Exchange VSS writer:
Run >> regedit:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\ParametersSystem\
To disable the Exchange Writer:
If it's there and set to 1, set it to 0 and restart the Exchange Information Store Service.
