With Atera, you only pay per technician. A technician can support an unlimited number of customers, who have an unlimited number of devices. No hidden costs. It's that simple.
Most MSP software charges per device, be it a server, workstation, or laptop—regardless of how many technicians you have on your team or how many customers you have. When more workstations are added to a network, or a new customer joins, you are penalized for growth and pay more. We don’t think that’s fair.
Atera charges a fixed monthly fee for the number of technicians using the software. So you don’t pay more when you grow or add more devices.
Keep in mind that for anyone who needs access to the Atera console, a technician license is required, regardless of the role that they have.
