There are two ways to change a password in Atera.

Change a Technician's password

1. From Admin, on the side panel, click on Technicians.

The Technicians page is displayed

2. Click on Edit, next to the technician's name.

The Edit Technician page displays

3. Click on Change Password.

4. In the Change Password window, enter the new password and click on Apply.

Forgot password?

In cases where no other technicians are available, the password of a technician can be changed from the login page.

1. Access app.atera.com, there add your Email address and click on Continue.

2. On the next screen, click on Forgot password?.

3. Now follow the instructions present on the Forgot Your Password? screen.
