You have the option to reset the 2FA for Work from Home directly from the Atera dashboard, giving you full control without needing to contact support. This allows you to quickly assist your end-user and ensure they can regain secure access to their account.
How to reset the 2FA for your users
1. Access the Atera dashboard, and inside the search bar, enter the email address of the end user and press Enter.
2. On the Search Results page, click the user for whom you wish to reset the 2FA.
3. On the Contact page, remove the number found within the Mobile Phone field. Click on the number, delete the entry, and click the button.
All done, now the 2FA has been reset for your end user, the next time to try to remote, they will be prompted to enter their phone number.
